Should we worry about robots in the workplace?

A number of New Zealanders are getting concerned about the future of their jobs as new technologies are coming to play. This is an exploratory study to gauge the theextent to which service sector employees are aware of the potential impacts of smart technologies, robotics and artificial intelligence.
