Study: Why women are behind their careers

Many women feel they are lagging behind in terms of career growth, this is according to a national survey conducted with the help of 1000 New Zealand women. Those who felt behind schedule chalked this to raising a family, job changes, taking time out to study or retrain, a lack of job development, or organisational practices that favoured men.
